Default FS: SpeedMax Lowering Springs - New in Box

I have a set of brand new MaxSpeed lowering springs for the PT Cruiser. These are the same ones that several members here use. I bought these about a year ago but never installed them. They are still sealed in the box.

I am asking $100 USD. That includes free shipping here in the continental US. For my brothers and sisters in Canada and other strange exotic lands, contact me for shipping costs.

As far as I can tell, they don't make these anymore. So first come, first serve. Here's a photo of what they look like:

Max Speed is a generic name company that mostly re-boxes from their suppliers.
The springs they sell/sold are still manufactured under a number of different brick and mortar and home operated internet businesses. There are several in the Northern California and specifically my area that sell these exact springs.

H O W E V E R...the price that they are being offered on this thread is a SUPER bargain price seldom seen any more on the market. These sold around 2 years ago from some supplier on amazon and ebay for as little as 50-99 plus shipping.

If the specification are not in the box I can simply say that they are a bit higher in lbs then say Eback which translates to a firmer ride quality overall. The progressive side of the spring while is gentler then a stock spring quickly turn to very firm if the PT is loaded or spirited driving habits on turns are performed.

The springs are powder coated but I have experienced a less then quality job and the pig tails may need to have paint of liquid rubber applied before installation to protect the metal from rust.

The last set I purchased was for a customer and we painted them black to look OEM.

I would recommend that someone jump on these as an investment even if you don't use them or plan to use them in the near future.
