You should really look around the forum and easily find hundreds of response information about STAGE 1 PCM.

Ya you should read the thread is STAGE 1 PCM only AUTOMATIC for sale.
Interested people should already know what they are or look it up. I would not expect the seller in this case to guess on any results using it. Only what the original advertised information about the product was. That information can easily be found!

This member is only selling a very well known part.

Here's the DEAL on the 2003 Stage 1 PCM:

The 2003 GT is weakest of all GT's. In 2004, Chrysler upped the hp on the GT and started a turbo option for the Limited and Touring Editions. These are unofficially referred to as "Turbo Lite". From a performance perspective, the primary difference in the 2003 GT, Turbo Lites and later GT's is just the tune in the PCM. However, the 2003 GT also has the smaller "pink" fuel injectors. The 2003 GT also had a variable speed PM-controlled radiator fan. This makes the 2003 GT PCM unique and different than the 2004/2005 GT's. The original PCM hardware is also one edition older. The 2003 Stage 1 PCM hardware is newer like the 2004/2005 PT's.

The Stage 1 PCM for the 2003 GT only works on the 2003 GT due to the unique radiator fan. Originally, the Stage 1 "kit" came with the PCM, Stage 1 badge and the larger injectors made standard in 2004 and later GT's and Turbo Lites. According to Chrysler, the larger injectors are required. However, NitroPT says they are not. And reluctantly, I have no good reason to doubt him. If me, I'd still install the bigger injectors because they are cheap and easy to find, and because Chrysler says so. OEM injectors out of any 2004 or newer turbocharged 2.4L PT Cruiser will work.

The Stage 1 PCM will need to have your original VIN programed into it. Otherwise it will not work with your SKIM anti-theft system.

An easier way to achieve just about the same effect as a Stage 1 PCM is to get a Diablo Sport tuner and use the 93 Octane tune that comes with it. I believe both the inTune and Trinity are compatible with the 2003 GT. But check with Diablo Sport to make sure. That said, this used Stage 1 PCM is likely cheaper. You will just need to factor in about $50 to have your VIN flashed into it plus shipping. Again, if me, I'd likely upgrade to the Stage 1 PCM with the larger injectors and then use my tuner if I wanted a custom tune. That way my tuner is free to use on other cars if no custom tune is needed. Plus, I think the Stage 1 is plenty of power for street performance as long as you don't need to race.

Also, forum member Myckee can likely tell you if a 2003 Stage 1 for the automatic tranny will work okay in a 5 speed. He explained all this to me once, but I forgot. Myckee is the go-to guy for information on the PT Cruiser PCM's.

There, now buy the darn thing or let's move on.
