rooftop carrier "u" shaped mounts

We own a 2003 Cruiser, and we are looking for the "u" shaped hardware that holds the Mopar rooftop carrier to the rooftop rack bars. I found that I can replace the entire kit for $76, but that includes 12 pieces of hardware and I only need ONE missing piece, it is "u" shaped and has a piece of rubber and mounts up into the carrier, holding the carrier in place.
