PurplePT,
Hey I do really want the sub to be hidden like that, also have it pre made already. However....
I have a 12" sub and box I spent 160 on and would like to use it considering the amp and speaker are perfect together. It also has a higher bass max. then the JL box.

Man what I would do to figure out a way to get mine to work for me.

If I could make the same box fit a 12" then it would be perfect.
But I guess I could always sell my 12" and box. Heck its a $170 speaker that I got cheap because of open box.

Maybe I could dimension it out and see what I could do.

Why are you selling it again?

How did you get the MDF to fit so exact?

As long as it goes through Paypal, I would take it. I have dealt with some bad PT owners in the past and are very upset about it. I lost as much money as this mod and don't want that to happen again.

At least through Paypal there is a small guarantee.

I never sold it. The MDF was custom made by a car stereo installer where I work.

Now for some real questions.

How good does it sound. I know when I turn my box sideways it looses it low end thump.

Can you remember the original reason you want to sell it?

It sounds very good. I had it installed in my original PT and removed it when I bought my new PT GT. I decided not to install it in my new PT because I'm focusing on making the car as fast as I can so I can't add any extra weight like a nice stereo system and sub.
