Stock CD Player (2003)

I just put in a new CD player, anyone need my stock one, since it came out of my soon to be famous car it may be worth lots of money soon. Kind of like buying a cup that Elvis drank out of. Do I hear any bids starting at $400? Heck I might even throw in a CD of deep purple's greatest hits.

Not to bust your bubble, but the stock CD player really isn't worth the 400 they charge you for a new one at the dealership. Not even 375. You can get a much better unit if you invest in an aftermarket piece at that price.

I would have to agree with you crazyjoe. Alot of top notch headunits out there for that kind of money. The only thing going for turbomangt is that there might be someone here that wants to have a factory replacement for one reason or another.

Have a friend who bought a stock CD unit for his daughters base ragtop for $50.00. Good luck getting much more than that. It's worth about as much as stock grilles and mufflers. Not much.

Man, you guys can't tell when I'm pulling your leg, I know its a paper weight. Just trying to have some fun. Heck, my new one was $99.00 installed and it sounds 10 times better than my stock one. Maybe I'll save it for the next July 4th and stick an M80 in it for fun. [^]
