For the storage bin, you might try this link from eBay - I've seen several advertised on eBay over the past few months...

Gonzo,

The underseat storage drawer doesn't come in colors..just the nasty gray that most of the interior has, unless someone has painted it. But it's so low, you wouldn't see the color anyway. [:I]

If you can't find one, Cruiserbits.com has them for sale at $42.95
