Bicycle Rack?

I have a 2003 PT, without a roof rack, and am looking for a relatively inexpensive bicycle rack that will hold two or three bicycles.

I do not know if there is one that mounts to the hatch, or if it has to go on the roof (which I would prefer not to do).

I need to purchase it locally if possible (I am in Southern California), as I have a severe time constraint.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

this is jim from Pa. I recently added a 1 1/4 U-Haul hitch to my 2005 convertible and along with it I bought a U-Haul bike rack that goes in that hitch. It is perhaps the best rack I have seen for two bikes, you can see
the rack on U-Haul.com, go under hitch accessories, then bike products. It stabilizes the two bikes, they do not sway nor do they touch the car on each other and it is very portable, also swinging out of the way to get into
a trunk (the convertible has a very low trunk lid). I've had many bikers take a look at it when I pull in and have had all very favorable comments. hope this helps.
