Default IAC Valve

Does anybody have an Idle Air Control Valve they don't need for a turbo? It takes a few seconds of cranking to start my car in warm weather. Starts fine in cold weather.

At RockAuto Parts Catalog for your 05 Turbo, under Electrical Connectors, a new IAC is $22.79. Why go for someone's used part when a new one is that cheap?

I'm looking for one that someone doesn't need to see if there's a difference in the way my car starts in warm weather. I have no codes associated to a failure. Once confirmed, I plan on purchasing a new one.
