Default Looking to Buy: Eibach Lowering springs

I'm looking for Eibach lowering springs Part no. 2860.140. The part has been discontinued by Eibach, but I'm looking for anyone that might still have a box for sale. Every website I visit, I email and none have replied with valid offers.
Short of the actual springs, If anyone knows the specs of the springs, Rate, free height, force to fully compress. I'd could possibly look into my friend ordering custom springs through his Motorsport's shop.

WHY? Those specific springs. If you don't even know the specification of the set?

The are reason why Eibach discontinued to list spring specification for a majority of their product line.

Your PT Cruiser needs careful consideration to suspension upgrades and there are actually good springs sets still available. The choice of dampers and or the addition or upgrade of anti-roll bars should all be thought about. And also the most important part of suspension upgrades is the choice in wheels and tires.

I already have Eibach Sway bars. The only two sets I can find are Vogtland and Tein. I'm probably gonna look at getting Teins, because they have enough drop I'm looking for. I'm also going to get gabriel ultras for the front and KYB mono tubes for the rear.

What's the purpose of the air lift bags? I remember mentioning them and you seemed to have a negative impression.

My first GT

You didn't completely comprehend what I said about the useage of airbags. Go find my responses and read them again!

These in my picture will only support the set body chassis level position if the suspension is compressed under load carrying situation,i.e. luggage, groceries, heavy transporting items. NOT for use under normal driving conditions as an alternation to springs and or shock or gas/hydraulic dampeners.

I should be more clear with my description for those that do not know about air bags. The Term "AIR LIFT BAGS" is the manufactures partial description of these kits. The full description is "Air Lift 1000 Series Universal Rear Air Leveling Kit".
Fk5 and rob302 like this.

Yep.

I figure if you ride around in a little Mini and/or Cooper subcompact, a PT Cruiser must seem like a heavy hauler by comparison. Maybe he'll add twin chrome smoke stacks next.

Back on subject, a lot of guys and gals in our Mopar Club run Tein components. They say the quality is very good.

This response is fine, but you never gave any more explanation in your prior post. I can read it as many times as you like. I understand you don't like them for drag launch. Makes perfect sense to use them for load handling. Pretty sure that is their actual purpose.

Years ago I knew guys in the 2.2 community who used them to make the car launch and load the proper wheel for drags. I'm sure there are better ways now, but IIRC it was cheap, pretty effective and you could just let the air out and go back to normal ride.

Just a thought...I have never ever seen a LOW QUALITY coil springs or true functional performance enhancing suspension components?

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

FK5.. I might know just a little about Air bags ...maybe IDK. Someone selling kits and components for years not to mention building custom Air Bag systems and augmentation suspension AIR BAG supports might have a thought or 2 about best application and reasonably safe usage?

More tots filled with AIR BAG componets just can't get to them this morning to take pictures for you.

Handy look just for you and your MOPAR club bros.!
