Here's the information on a new rear hatch switch I put on SOOO BIG in 2014.
Parks Motors 11987 SW US Highway 54 August, Kansas 67010 316-775-6365 or 4322 Their parts guy was Steve Elkins Part #ZK71XWGAD Z It was $100 plus shipping. Still working as good as the day installed. Hope this info helps. It was six years ago. Let me know if it helped. SOOO-BIG-rear-view.jpg Scan-20201.jpg

If you still need one let me know. It would give a reason to go to the salvage yard Saturday morning if I remember and if I'm not tied up on a Honey-do.
![]() Part numbers: ZK71XWGAA ZK71XWGAB ZK71XWGAC ZK71XWGAD ZK71XWGAD Z New one is about $135. Used is under $20.

**I AM STILL IN QUANDRY OVER THE GEN1 MANUAL REAR HATCH RELEASE.
The two wing versions I got are not useful, considering the mounting posts were cut off to remove the wings intact. The two "close by" mounting posts are what mounts to the body panel, and resists upward movement to the handle when it is pulled upwards. So, I am back looking for a compatible part! Just wondering if the dimension and post locations are the same on the Gen 2 Cruiser......using the generic eBay match tool says "no". Mine is a manual lift handle, with only an electric lock/unlock wire. It would look like this.... https://www.ebay.com/itm/2006-2010-O...53.m1438.l2649
