Chrome hood latch from cruiser motorsports
I purchased the chrome hood latch from cruiser motorsports about 7 months ago anyone else have a problem with it rusting?

When I get back to the house, I'll check my receipts. I thought that I got mine from CMS, and it's still perfect after a year on soonercruiser.

They told me they never had a problem with them.Maybe i got a bad 1.But to not do anything about it is kind of messed up.

Yup! Mine was from Cruiser Motor Sports.
Double-checked....it's still perfect. I would maybe make a deal with them about an exchange, as long as you haven't had it exposed to a lot o raod salt, or sea spray. Could be they send the core to a shop to be chromed, in order to resell. And, that shop may have not done such a great job. I would think that they wouldn't want the bad press on the PT sites.

Always kept it polished and waxed.Will try to remove rust but i dont think it will come off.
