What products are suggested to wipe down or clean interior surfaces for 2007 Tour PT. Some stuff, although it cleans well, will suck the moisture or chemicals out of vinyl. So the corollary question is what products to stay away from?

I noticed the tendancy of the interior on my 07 to 'dry out' from most chemicals. Last week I found a interior product - Turtle Wax Ice Total Interior Care. It's pretty good so far. It's a gel paste and comes with a microfine polishing rag. You apply it with one side of the rag and wipe off excess/dry with the the other. It's not particularly greasy like Armor All, but it leaves the vinyl looking soft and moist. It's also supposed to have a cleaner in it, but doesn't do as hot as a cleaner, so you might want to clean problem areas with dish soap water and a sponge first.

Water + soft soap to do a deep cleaning 3-4 times ayear
Then, dried with another cotton towel At the end, I use those Simoniz wipes to "rehydrate". On a regular basis, the wipes alone work great |
