Great tip guys. I know this is an old thread, but I just washed the engine today. Good stuff



Didn't have a hose or power washing or anything, but a spray bottle worked out just fine. The yellows look yellow and the blacks look black. Now I think I'm gonna go back in a few weeks with a spray hose and degreaser and get all of the details. Thanks for this thread.

Ya know, I've had the stuff to do an engine cleaning for a year now, and still haven't done it. spraying water in the engine scared the hell out of me for some reason!

It's done. It's not CLEAN, but it is cleaner. As always, appreciating Candyman for his insight!
