Hey their 2002ptcruiserwoody723,
Most any Water Based Dressing will work fine. I would highly recommend staying away from products from Armor All for this application as they are Oil Based, and will attract dirt in no time turning your nice black rubber into a brownish oily mess.
To apply, I recommend either picking up a small 1.5" - 2" high quality paint brush, and then taping around the bristles down to where their are just about 1/8 of the bristle tips showing. This will give you a good application tool for jobs like this without having the bristles from the brush going every which direction getting dressing on your paint and windows. Simply spray your Dressing directly onto the brush, and apply it to all your rubber surfaces. Then you can opt to leave it to just absorb into the rubber, or let it sit overnight and then wipe off the excess chemical to a nice sheen. You can also get into tighter corners and crevices by using Q-Tips with Dressing applied to one end.
As far as Products go, Meguiar's makes a decent water based dressing which works well, and won't attract dirt and grime. You should be able to find this, or other related types of products at either your local retail stores like Walmart, or local Auto Parts Stores in your area, or preferably if you possibly have a local Auto Body Shop and Car Wash Supply Store, they tend to have better professional products over many of the cheaper less effective consumer products on the market
Another alternative you may want to try is, the rubber molding around the bottom edge of the windows is actually sealed with a hardened plastic coating which you can apply a thin coat of wax to directly. Pleas note that it will leave black marks on your rag so make sure you don't use a good rag when performing this procedure, but the end results should come out decent once again. Application is the same as any waxing, simply apply some wax to a clean microfiber rag folded into four, rub in small circles, let it sit for about 30-45 seconds in this case as you don't want the wax to set up and turn into a hard residue on any rubber surfaces if possible, and then buff the wax off to a nice clean shine.
