I have to disagree with mcruz using the cali. duster looks good in the daylight but it leaves scratches in the paint that you can see at night under a street light for example your best bet is to clay it the wax it with a good quality wax like maguires #26 it has a high gloss finish and a deep color

I have to disagree with the California Duster causing scratches. I am on my second PT and have used the DUSTER for years. Those scratches you see on you cars are not from the duster but from the normal scratching you get from washing, regardless of how good you rinse the car before the wash. I have seen cars come out of the showroom with these tiny paint scratches. You can't prevent this from happening. A good wax will get ride of a significant amount of these scratches but the DUSTER is not the cause, IMHO.

for the record, a poll I took not long ago split 50/50 on the negative effects the duster may cause. I will remain neutral on it since I have not used one. I prefer to use a micro fiber towel and QD spray, just so I can "LUBE" the surface while removing dust with the softest towel on earth. (hmmm, that sounds like a promotion line) wouldn't say it if I didn't believe it. Gary [|)]
