Hi Gary. Got an urgent question for you.
How would you (I) go about getting stains off a car cover??? HELP!!!! Mostly Oil & Grease. Simple Green? |

simple green should work pretty good

I had good luck once getting a ton of motor oil off a raincoat using Dawn dishwashing detergent(for hand-washing, not the stuff you put in the dishwasher).

Herschel, is the cover washable? if not, simple green would be a good choice, get yourself a small nylon brush, like a toothbrush. have a bucket of warm water with you. spray on the simple green where the stains are and gently use the brush to agitate the stain. If you are buying simple green in the concentrated form, you can use a stronger ratio to increase the cleaning power. always nuetralize the stain with water after working it. What material is the cover made of? Gary
