I don't have time to clean my wheels twice a day. I had a 2001 limited that I used the spray cleaner on, it didn't work well and it damaged the chrome. I now have a 2003 turbo with the same wheel dust prolem. What products do you guys use to clean them?

You could change the pads to ceramic. That would solve the excessive dust problem.
You need to read the label on ANY wheel cleaner product and buy the one that is clearcoat safe or non-acidic and/or does not contain lyes. Make sure the wheels are cold and rinse throughly. Buy a claybar JUST for use on your wheels. A claybar will remove brake dust and safe to use on your wheels. P21S Wheel Cleaning Gel or S100 Wheel Cleaner Gel (available at any motorcycle shop, like Harley-Davidson, about $8) is the best and safest I've used so far. There are other excellent products, but you would have to dilute them. After you clean your wheels, use a synthetic wax/polish or a good wax to help keep your wheels easier to clean. Then a regular car wash product should be all you need to maintain the look of your wheels and periodically wax your wheels.

Kelvar pads can be bought here: http://www.kvrperformance.com/world/world.html Then you have Mintex, Hawk, EBS Green Stuff, Stillen/Metal Matrix, etc. as other choices for brake pads.

Soap and water man, soap and water. I hand detail the whole car after a car wash before a show usually and my rims look like the back ones. Use a soft non abbrasive towel to wipe the chrome down and watch the dirt and brake dust come off.
