Default Question for Gary

Hey Gary, how about giving us a comparison of the various "Quick Detail" sprays that are on the market? I have used four different ones in the past, yours, Meguiars, the "Z" word, and Eagle One.

I liked all of them except the Eagle One product, strangely enough I liked the "Z" one a lot because it smells good (OK, I'm weird!).

Looking forward to your advise!

Andy, "quick detail" sprays, are mostly petroleum based with a blend of water, carnauba or polymers, along with that a fragrence is added. They are mostly used to remove finger prints/ dust/ surface particles NOT imbedded in the finish. Basically most retail quick details are watered down as compared to commercial ones. I recently added a nice fragrence to mine as well. (I hope it smells better than "Z", but if it does, please don't drink it LOL) I believe #41 is similar to mine, The "Z" I still consider a boutique product, and eagle one is definity on the lower end of the scale. Is it hard to compare quick details because the only purpose they have is to lubricate for clay, and offer a quick shine to your car. That is one reason I added my Poly Spray, this product is perfect for renewing the finish, it has a strong base of the same properties in my sealant, which by design will keep the finish show room new as long as you use it. Like I have said before, retail products don't keep up with newer tachnology like professional ones. I constantly change my products to keep up with improvements, to ensure the best results. Hope that helps. Gary
