Default Detailing door jams

Started polishing door jams tonight, what a tedious project. I will use Gary's sealant tomorrow night and then I shouldn't have to worry about them for awhile.

I'm curious, my 03 GT door sills get really dirty. I looked at the bottom of the door to see if there was a rubber seal. Nothing there, except some slots, that could be drain holes. Has DC eliminated the seals on the bottom of doors? Do previous years have these seals?
If so will they fit the 03...[:I]

My door sills and jams get very dirty also. Cleaning them is part of my detailing process. Every time I wash my PT I clean the door jams and sills (including the rear hatch). These are also included if I apply wax, sealant or detail spray.

I put custom chrome sills on my car, but if I remember the stock ones are molded plastic. Just use a water based dressing on them to keep them looking sharp. as far as the jams, this is a true story. I attended a professional detailing seminar last year sponsored by a chemical company. The guy was demonstrating how to clean door jams, he used a pressure washer. Doesn't sound like a bad idea, but he got a little too close to the inside door panel and shorted out the electric windows by getting water on the switch assembly. Needless to say, he felt a little stupid. Gary

Just finished a search on http://www.ptdoityourself.net and apparently the bottom door seals WERE on the 2001 but has not appeared on the PT since! Humm, wonder if they would fit my 03?
Wonder if they worked?
