Nice tip on the wax. Whenever a customer requests a wax topper, that is my choice. A footnote, s100 and p21s is the same product. p21s sells for $22.95 a can and S100 is $16.99 sold at Harley dealers. Many of my customers are topping my sealant with the wax of their choice which I don't have a problem with. Just as long as you don't use the sealer on top of the wax.
*footnote on beading. I was asked to write an article for Professional Car washing and Detailing Magazine and one of the topics is water beading vs sheeting. Just because you get beading on your finish does not mean you have protection. On the flip side, just because water sheets off your car, also does not mean you DON't have protection. Many professional chemical companies now are discovering that sheeting cuts down on water spots, which is often related to waxes that bead. Mineral deposits in water can do excessive damage to finishes. The general public thinks that if the finsih doesn't bead the finish is dead. Not true anymore. The key in what I preach is regular maintenance now in detailing. Nothing can replace that no matter what products you are using. Gary

Sounds like your local dealers are overpricing. S100 typically retails for $14.95, even if you order direct from Harley Davidson, and on sale as low as $9.00.

I'm sure you are aware that P21S paste wax runs about $10 more than S100 paste wax and for all intents and purposes it is the same wax. S100 should be easily available locally at most motorcycle dealers/shops, like Harley Davidson.

Thanks sci fi, . I knew about the s100 deal (stated in my post quoted above) but I'm always open to find a better deal. Gary
