A story of customer service from Gary

Let me tell you a story about customer service. I ordered some paint sealant and spray and shine. Well Gary was on vacation when I ordered it so when he returned he shipped it out right away and called me to let me know it was on the way. Well after a little while I had not received the package and called Gary. He tracked it down and found out the package was damaged and sitting in the shippers warehouse. He sent a replacement that evening. When that package showed up at my door it was leaking also. (Those shippers must have been watching the old American Tourister luggage commercials). Again Gary immediately sent out a replacement. This time everything came in in great shape.

Now for my opinion on the products. The spray and shine worked great knocking off the everyday dust and dirt off my PT and gave it a nice shine. For the wife’s car I followed Gary’s advice and clay barred the whole car and then applied the paint sealant. It went on so easy and came off easier. It looks like a new car. She just loves it.

Gary thanks again for all the help, info, assistance and staying on top of things to make sure a customer is satisfied. Now I just have to order some of those micro fiber towels. The order will be going out soon.

westgate, you won't be disappointed with the micro fiber towels. I'd suggest that you also get a couple of the waffle weave towels. These are fantastic for drying your car, very soft and absorbent.

Steve, just think if it wasn't for that problem I would not of had the pleasure of talking to you on the phone. I love your car, did you put on the graphics yourself of did you have someone do it. ever since you gave me that link (speepgraphics.com)I can't stop going there to look at all the cool decals and stuff they have. Gary thanks, Also i would have not been able to make so many brownie points with the wife. She just loves the way her car looks.
I did install the graphics myself. It was not that hard, just take your time and follow the instructions from the people.
