Default Vinyl grafics care

Now that I have my grafic's on,what is the best way to keep
them looking new[:I].I've been told to wax right over them
and to never use a power wash on them.

Jimbo, they look great. True, you can wax over them but extra care must be taken. You should work from the inside out away from the graphic. Otherwise you will get wax build up inbetween the finish and decal. as far as washing, yes a power washer a close range will damage, if you use one just keep it 2-3 feet away and you'll be fine. gary

Don't use a commercial car wash with brushes. Also be aware that some dealers will give you a free wash during service visits. They also use car wash booths with brushes and you should indicate on work order "do not wash". Also the edges of the decal can accumulate wax. Use a toothe brush to clean. Also if the edges become lighter than the original color, you can use a color crayon in the tinted Turtle Waxes sold at Kmart, etc.

Be extra careful at the ends of the flames. Go from fatter part of flame to smallest not the other way around. It doesn't take too much to start peeling back.

I only go to a dealer if I heve to .I service my own vehicle
always have.Right now my Cruiser is pretty dirty as I was told
not to wash it until we have three good days of sun.My Cruiser has never been this dirty and I've only seen the sun one day
since I put them on.

I would also suggest using a "non-abrasive" paste or synthetic wax, not a cleaner wax. Liquid waxes tend to have more solvents in them over paste waxes, so liquid waxes MAY affect the bonding or the adhesive over time.
