Default Cleaning Instrument Panel

What would be a good way to clean the clear gauge covers on the factory instrument panel? I haven't cleaning them in several months. I'm concerned that I'll leave swirl marks on the clear plastic surface since it already looks as if there are swirl marks.

Don't use any harsh chemicals on that plastic. If it is in good shape, just use a damp (Water) micro fiber towel. If it has some scratches already. Use Meguiars Plactic cleaner polish. at any auto supply store. Gary

Gary, thanks for your reply. That makes sense to me. I'll give it a try. I plan on contacting you to try your paint sealer, waffle, and micro fiber towels.
