I think the key is determining your goals. If you want it to look right, you will probably have to do a sand and respray - at least of the panel. You can get fair results with less invasive methods. If it is just the roof, and you just want to keep it from spreading, sanding the edges and re-clearing it might work even if you can see when you look at that spot. I would defer to busted on any actual advice.

It is a small spot right on the edge of the back panel right above the back window. And to the previous post, I have no experience at sanding or painting.

What I have done, is I have some touch up paint and I have painted the edges where it is peeling hoping that would stop it from spreading.
