Default Help Me Yoda....

Gary, my wife parked her DC2 at work near some sprinklers and the sun baked the water spots onto the finish. I tried white vinegar on a small area, but no effect. What can I do short of a professional buff out job? Thanks, Terry

I didn't know you can use White Vinegar in its full form on finishes? Jeez, thats though Smrfy. I know the feeling. I have well water and it has high concentrations of Lime.

Try some Mother's Showtime detailing spray on those water spots... I've found it to work the best on removing water spots either from after washing or from those nasty sprinklers that chase after my shine[8D].

YOu will have to clay the car and maybe use a deep cleaner/polish on it as well. Gary

Thanks guys for the input. Gary what kind of cleaner/polish do you reccommend that I can get at a local supply? Thanks, Terry

Try the Meguiars cleaner first, I think its called Medallion paint cleaner, then follow up with a light abraisve type of polish ONLY if the cleaner removed the spots. any hand polish will work, mothers or meguiars. water sposts are B-A-D!!!!!!!!!!Gary
