Default Mr. Clean Auto Dry Carwash

I just bought it today, and too good to be true it is not. It took me about 10 minutes and the car was clean, no water marks, no nothin. It was awesome. You guys should definitely try it.

Been wondering about that and thinking of trying it. Washing a black PT in the Arkansas summer heat and not getting water spot city has been near impossible. Hoping this would be the trick. I'll be giving it a try for sure now!

I think we had a similar post about this before. I wouldn't reccomend it because apparently, the "polymer" it has is actually some type of Oil they add to the mix. Gary help me out here?

I tried it and it was just ok. Only left a few water spots, but i did notice the rinse water had a "different" feel to it. Kind of slimey. Would have liked more of a pattern during the wash as well.
Anyway, I'm back to wiping it down after a regular hand washing.

What I was refering to was how water and oil don't mix, they use a 2 part chemical that reacts against each other to repel the water. (Not oil)It won't hurt the car, but I would still use a waffle weave MF towel for drying. Gary

I got one but I've only used it once. It was nice not to have so much water to take off. But, its a PT Cruiser so it must be dried off by hand...you know you bond with it and that helps bring on "the looks." [?]

I bought one a couple of months ago. I've used it at least 20 times. Used up about 3 bottles of the soap and a couple of the deionizers. Works great. But as Gary said--wait a day or so if you want to wax it as it has a tendency to smear if you do it immediately after washing the car. CJJ

The only problem i had with it was on one side the water seemed to take 3 times as long to dry than the other sides, and that part had some water spots. I guess I missed a spot. It is definitely better than what i was doing before, and i didnt even wash the windows because i streak the crap out of em and I always use stuff that seemed to mess up the tint job.

My wife bought it for me. I used it once on one side of the car and then gave it to my stepson.

[8D] I admit, I use mine a lot, It's kinda expensive replacing the soap and filters, but the results are great, I've washed my PT in the hot direct sun NO water spots on the paint or glass! My old method to dry the car was a 80 mph blast up the interstate! this is safer just not quite as much fun!!!!
