OK, I have about 26 cars of which half are from my club,here is how the discount for the block party will work. Those that want in at the $40 price MUST e mail me this weekend (www.perfectautofinish.com) when I get all the names I will submitt the list to Chrylser on Monday. Those on the list MUST call the 1-888 # I give you and identify yourself as part of the Chicagoland PT Cruiser Club group. THIS MUST BE DONE NEXT TUESDAY. any call after the 27th will not get the discount. Since I'm sending in the form on monday, I would say Tuesday is the best day to call. They will find your name on the list and collect payment from you and get other information at that time. The other thing I was warned about. two years ago their was a 3 car wide line 2 miles long of Cruisers trying to get in, we are getting their at 7.30 am, gate opens at 10. Busy day today, I arranged to help 30 more cars get on our discount list. Check this out, guess what I'm doing for the block party? I having a 3 x 6 foot banner made with our club and web site on it, and we will be walking around letting people know who we are. Heck, it's right in my neck of the woods, I bet we could pick up 50 more cars. I wonder if I should inspect cars in the lot and see how they are detailed. Gary
