Default Cleaning Inside of Rear Window

I've always been apprehensive about cleaning the inside of rear windows that have defroster wires. What is the best way to clean that area without harming the defroster wires?

The defogger wires on the inside of the rear window can be accidentally damaged if cleaning/wiped improperly. When cleaning the glass, always wipe side to side only.

I use 1Z Glass cleaner and a Sonus detailing towel.
Both are very safe for defrosters.
