I bought a Micro-Fiber towel and Waffle Weave Micro-Fiber towel from Gary (www.PerfectAutoFinish.com) at the Block Party a few weeks ago and I was wondering what's the best way to clean it? Should I just rinse them in water and gentle soap solution? Would I damage them if I wrong them? Are they washer/drier friendly?

Eddie, how do you like the towel? Its the bomb for dryng isn't it? softest, most gentle fabric on the market. To wash, simply use regular wash soap (DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER) you can air dry or light machine dry. Towel will last years and years. Remember to be careful around sharp edges like emblems and such so the material doesn't frey. Other than that, enjoy it! Gary

Yeah, it's great! I just washed my car last weekend and used your towel. BTW, I just used it right away, but should have I moistened it first, like a chamois?

I wash mine by themselves. If you wash with other things, such as clothes, they get a lot of lent in them. I also put a scoop of Oxi-Clean in with the detergent then soak them for an half hour. When done give them a good shake or two and let them air dry, no dryer or fabric softener. They always come out looking like new. I used to be a firm user of a chamois, but not anymore. I'll never go back.

Thanks for the answers. I mistakingly washed mine with some red shop towels (Microfiber towel is yellow) and put in the softner--big mistake.
Now I wash them together with detergent and oxy clean. My wife got one for drying her hair and she loves it. I'm getting low on hair so I don't need one! John
