anything to help with brake dust??

Default anything to help with brake dust??

hello all, i use gary's polish & spray enchancer on my rims works great!! would love to see something come out that would keep the brake dust from messing up the rims any thoughts?? !!

Bob, try my wheel cleaner, not on web site, ($8.00) it will melt the dust away. The S & S is fine for quick clean up but you want to use the Poly-seal to coat them with protection after they are clean. Gary

Switch to ceramic brake pads - NO DUST.
I bought Raybestos ceramic pads, NAPA has ceramic, too - don't get "ceramic blend". They also last much longer.

You can also buy the Kleen Wheels Dust Shields. I believe there's a few that use them here and ask around if they were well worth the money & install.

You can also use semi metallic pads. Before we traded in the '01 PT they had over 68,000 miles on them with 50% left.
