I got just what I wanted from Santa, a DeWalt 443, heavy duty DA Random Orbital buffer. That makes 4 buffers I have and each has their own place. What makes this machine unique is that it has a motor much heavier than the DA Porter Cable. Thus, by applying pressure to the machine it doesn't bog down, so it enables you to level more serious defects and swirls. Less aggressive than the High Speed and safer to use. Wait till you see the car I used it on. I will post pics when I get time, it was a 1971 280sl. The car was brought to me the day after Xmas. what a beauty. I'll get some pics up tonight. [8)]

Jimbo, the 849 is a high speed buffer, this one is a Randon Orbital machine. Gary
