Default Gary help,wax separating

Gary,

When I went to do some spring cleaning on the PT last weekend, I got out the wax that I bought from you and found that it has separated out over the winter. Had lumps in it and some thin liquid. I tried to shake it up but it didn't seem to help. Is this normal?

Thanks
Terry

I take it you mean the sealer. My plastic bottle cracked and fell apart. Was able to salvage some of it.

Cal, sounds like it was frozen, thats the only thing I can think of since it has never happened before, send me a PM and I'll replace it for you. Gary

Don't want a replacement for mine Gary, living in Florida it was not frozen, maybe the plastic bottle you put it in is inferior and can't take the heat. Something to look into.

Well it did get down into the 40's here in So Cal a couple times last winter, which is damn cold for this part of the country. Sure felt like I was freezing...LOL!

Gary lives up here in cold country.Don't know when you ordered
it,but it could of gotten frozen on the trip to So Cal or Florida.
Or Gary could have gotten a batch of bad bottles or caps.Wife
works with filling bottles and is always complaining about them.
Either the bottles or caps are bad.Either way I'm sure Gary will
make it right if you give him a chance.

Yes, he is trying. I have just been too busy to take him up on his offer. All I have to do is ship the old stuff back to him and he will replace it. I will get it off to him as soon as I can. Thanks G-man!

Mine seperates but a good shaking puts it back just fine and it works great. Don't think it could have froze unless you took it up to the Mtns!!

STEELBLUE makes a good point, since my products are all professional grade ,the number one rule is to SHAKE WELL!!!! This is one reason that I was worried about marketing my line. If you notice the poly seal is two part, if you don't shake it you won't get the benefit of the fantastic results people are having with it. Same with the sealant, it may not appear it needs to be shaken like the poly seal, but you still MUST shake it well. Welcome to the pro line. Gary[^]
