We have no idea which cap you have. Need a pic or some model information.

Brake dust is directly related to the type of brake pad used.

The full moon hub caps will eliminate any brake dust. The pads I use are superior metalic and I will not use any other. This could turn into a debate about brake pads but then it is going off topic. I am just simply looking for Full Moon 14" hub caps.
Thanks.

Unless something changed ours don't have 14" wheels. The smallest wheel they used were 15" wheels.

I got mine from ClassyChevUSA.com, about $80 with shipping for a set, shipped from California to NYC, and I'm very happy with them...

If you have steel wheels these are likely 15" that is if they are Cruiser wheels.

I don't think you can get a 14" over the brake calipers

I got my caps searching the Internet here in the UK. There are many UK classics that fitted full moon 15" caps and there is a big American car enthusiast following in the UK where you can find good 15" 2nd hand caps from Dodge, Chevy, ford, GMC etc

Another option is to fit 'Baby Moons' (centre hub caps) and 'Beauty rings' :- you can get clips for retro fitting centre caps on wheels that do not have the nubs to take them from any VW stockists that deal with classic VW's and Beauty rings can be got, brand new, in either stainless or chrome here in the UK to fit Cruiser wheels.

As for your brake dust problem; neither solution will get rid of the prob. It will just hide it.
The only way to get rid of the problem of brake dust on yer weelz is to not use the brakes

Remember; the fastest way from a2b is in a straight line

With a heavy right foot

AND NO BRAKES

(lol)
