As per title, this error code has turned up twice now in the last year. I can't find it on any listing but the code reader says something about generic air inlet issue, that also tallies with the spot where it would be if it was in the list of error codes. Anyone have any specific ideas on this one please? It seems to very slightly affect the engines smoothness when pulling. The turbo inlet hose is in good physical condition and is not split.
It's quite likely it will turn up more often now, I've had the car just over six years, it's a 2.2 crd from 2003. I can erase the code easily enough and it doesn't reappear straight away but it would be good to track it down. Thanks. Last edited by Alfie1; 23 Apr 2019 at 02:10 am. A different one today, again not on the normal list - P01A4 - again erase and not returning. Possibly a fraction down on power after it lit up and now back to normal.
Car is a diesel 2.2 CRD |

Update on this, eventually (nearly 2 years on) this developed into a blown diesel injector seal and has been dealt with. After originally changing all the injectors 6 years ago I suppose I should expect the others to let go soon as well, although the one I have just done was the only one still secured with the original long bolt.
