It's a "film", which means you'll probably have to peel some sort of backing off and press on the "chrome film". Might look good (if you apply it right) for awhile, but your much better off saving up some more cash and buying the chrome overlays. They will last 100 times longer than the stuff your looking at.
They are a very popular item as you can see from the picture below I just took at the Myrtle Beach 6 event. 4 out of the first 6 PT's have them on.
