Default Oh yeah.!!!!!

Guess what, my mother finally said the moonie rims are in thew future for our pt . She saw one with them on it the other day and said those are a must have for our pt. So when we get the garage cleaned out from moving and our makeshift kitchen we had going in there during the remodel we will put them on.

Okay, here is a question my mom wanted me to ask you, how much of a theft magnet do you think they will be? I mean we will be putting over $500 into these, i dont want them to have "rip me off" written on them.

Thanks guys, i will post pics of it currently tommorrow, and then when we get them on, another set of photos.

Johathan,

Do you mean like the red PT in the picture below? They sure are sweet if your going for the retro look. With your question about security and the answer you gave me on my other post about the "hood" stealing my cars, it doesn't sound like your in an area where you want to leave something out at night that's worth losing. Any chance of locking yor PT up at night?

Yeah, it will be back in the garage, this area is better than the old one, but i will be traveling up to sacramento, and leaving the car outside at night. That is why i worry.

Yeah i love the retro look, and so does my mother, i love that they are bringing the old style cars back, like the challenger, hhr e.t.c

You should be able to go with steel smoothie rims and hub caps for less than $100/wheel. If you don't get chrome wheels, I'd suggest powder coat instead of paint. For my wheels it was actually cheaper and the powder coat will last a lot longer.
