Default My Newest Mod
I just put my bra on my car. The funny thing was that there was suppose to be two bolts in the bottom of the facia to reomove and replace with snaps. Needless to say they weren't there so I had to drill some holes in the facia to place the snaps that hold the bottom of the bra.

I use the clear 3m tape...dont have to worry about marring the paint...never have to take it off...and no dirt will get trapped under the bra and also no faded paint over time....

Why won't the rest of the car fade over time? If you know something that will stop paint fade please let us all know.

I've had bras before. I usually don't let them get wet. I also keep a good wax on my cars. I really got this for the St. Louis trip.

Won't dirt get in the grill opening? Also, is the tape good for the paint?

[8)]Yes it is safe and has been used for years. What I meant by fading is the exposed paint will fade over time while the paint under the bra will not....just remeber to take it off in the rain or your paint will cloud and also remove frequently to clean and get any trapped dirt out or it will mess up your paint....

HUH? [:I] So, essentially your saying the same things we have. Dont let it get wet, and take it off frequently to clean underneath. I know about the paint cloud, had to have the hood repainted when I moved down to Florida after leaving the bra on for 3 weeks. Only use the bra now for long trips across the state or going up north. Take it off as soon as get to my destination.
