Default WWW for 16 x 7

Okay...

I was planning to put wide white wall tires on my new 16 x 7 inch Smoothies.

Most people who have posted pictures of their Cruisers with wide white walls have the smaller 15 inch Smoothies.

Coker does not have a wide white wall available for the 16 x 7 rims.

Anyone out there have wide white walls for a larger 16 x 7 rims? If so, who sells them?

Thanks...

2002 White "Surf" Cruiser with orange wheel well flames, orange logo, dashboard, and moonroof flames, Borla duals, Eibach ProKit springs, watersport roof rack with surfboards, chrome barefoot gas pedal, deuce coupe peep mirrors and many retro mods...

Hey Big Kahuna..the new smoothies look really nice. I'm surprised that with their huge selection, Coker doesn't have a 16" www tire. Lots of street rods and classic autos (which they specialize in outfitting) have 16" tires and wheels...but they're most likely higher profiled, and possibly bias-ply tires, and would be too tall for the PT. Something maybe to consider though, with solid chrome smoothies, sometimes wide-whites lose thier contrast, and almost blend in too much with the wheel. Your PT has a very cool looking "60's surf" kinda thing goin' on. Back then, a one inch white wall with chrome wheels was "the" thing to do. That way there was a strip of black showing between the whitewall and the wheel and they complimented each other very well. Personally, I think that would look very hip on your car, and tires are probably more readily available (and cheaper) in a 55 or 60 series 16" radial..just a thought.

Cool link..nice to see somebody else other than Coker giving people a choice. There you go Big Kahuna..not only 16"..but 17's too..wow..and, in a 55 series profile. I'll be anxious to hear (and see) if you find some you like and mount em up on your Surf-Cruiser.
