Rear bumper installation
A few months after I bought my 01' PT, I got hit by someone in an AstroVan (Tank) and she ruined my rear bumper. I have recently bought a new bumper from a guy on Craigs List, sent him the money ($130) and I was wondering what the easiest way to take off, then put back on the rear bumper.
Any help/diagrams or manuals that can help me would be appreciated! Thanks a lot!

How about this:
My PT's bumper is the grey, plastic kind...I ordered a black bumper as seen here: Can it be painted to the grey it is like now? Or will it just have to be black? My damage:
