Default mirrors, mud flaps spoilers grill trim??????

I have a inferno GT ...What is the best way to put body coloured mirrors? Are chrome vent covers any good? Is there a power window switch chrome cover? Is it worth putting chrome grill strips on my red grill? What is the best type? Where can you get body coloured mudflaps?

For body colored mudflaps, get stock ones and paint them the same time you do your mirrors. Your red color is bright enough to support chrome edging on the grill. My favorite tape is Trim-Gard #NE01 (Auto Moldings - Trim-Gard). It has a lip which gives a more finished look and stops water from blowing under the tape. They have a 50ft roll and you cut your own. With the red grill also consider vertical grill blackouts (StearmlineDesign.com). These will really bring out the horizontal lines.

I just gave my inferno red PT to my son. He is "undecorating" it. For some reason, he don't like my mods. What you expect from a 17 year old. Anywho, I'm taking off a set of mud flaps that have been painted in the next day or so. If you want them, you can get them real cheap. They are in good shape. How's $25 shipped?

Caeyk,
First of all, if you get mud flaps, the molded ones look and fit better (I have both types). Now you can paint them. But, remember even hard rubber bends. You'll need to sray with a flex coat on first. However, what I have done with my last two PTs is, just use an adhesion promoter, and paint "PT Cruiser" lettering to match the body color.
Mirrors have the same paint bonding issue. But, again what I have done is get the plastic mirror covers. They are much easier to paint.

Every freakin' thing on it! He don't like the woody sides which is fine cause they faded real bad. PT Woody is sending me a new kit which will be for sale as soon as I get it. He didn't like the chrome, the red interior, the steering wheel cover, the stereo, the painted dash or door panels. Other than that, he loves the car.

The mud flaps I have are the molded ones. First set I ever got were the other kind and they looked like crap. These have held up great and just need a little cleaning.

IMHO he should take off the fake hood scoop and fake hood vents. It would be different if they were functional but you can tell they are not.

Hood scoop and side vents are both off the car. Sold the vents, scoop is laying around here somewhere. Took those off before he ever got the car. Got a ton of goodies to sell. Trying to make a list of whats available so I can post them.
