MINE HAD IT TOO, I USE A silicon spray, you canget at any autopart place, BUT it will fade again in a week or 2, depending if in sun

I have a 2001 Pt and both of my bumpers have those marks and I took it in to my dealer they said the detail shop can take a look at it...but Back to Black will it help it for a while or what least cost method should I do.
