I am looking at installing fog lights in my 03 basic, and I was wondering if anyone had done this before. If so, was it worth it? Is it a tricky installation or pretty basic? Thanks guys!

I did it on my 2002, full instructions came with the kit from Chrysler. The only thing that was left unexplained was that the "Blinker" relay had to be taken from the old switch mechanism and put on the new.
