Default Rear window T handle

My wife had some Graphics installed on the PT cruiser to promote her web site. Due to the nature of the graphics, I removed the Rear wiper.
Using the search function, I found a T handle to replace or hide the rear wiper spline.
I assume its is a stick on fake but I can't be sure. Do I disconnect power to the rear wiper? Is there another choice, a better price?

Rear window T handle: PTWarehouse PRICE - $37.50

Thanks

Van

Van,

I had two kinds of T handles. One just screwed onto the rear wiper and could actually turn left and right when you hit the rear wiper button.

The other one looked more like a rear window handle T but required me to take out the rear wiper motor as the T handle went thru the hole in the glass.

The one I have now is like the picture below. It has two fake screws and goes thru the hole in the window.

P.S. I looked thru the PT Warehouse site but couldn't find the one your looking at. I tried "Chrome Accessories" and the "trim" pages. Where did you find it under?

Van,

That's the same one as my bigger picture. You have to take the rear motor out so you can use the hole in the window. It's not hard as all the panels in the PT just snap out and gives you access to the interior. The motor comes out with just a few screws and a large nut on the outside.

This is what it looks like on the car.

I'll sell you this one for $20 shipped. Had it on my PT for awhile. Don't have to remove the wiper motor. Just screws on the post the wiper was mounted too. Has one hex screw to hold it on.

Thank you for the offer but I'm going to get the other kind.
