Default Looking for suggestions on my 03

Right now its currently stock so its like a open canvas. I was thinking chrome accents but would that actually look good on silver paint?

Sure, I think it'd look great! I'm picturing the effect as somewhat similar to the 'ghost flames' that are just a shade or two different from a car's basic color. Maybe you could find some Cruiser or even antique-car shows to get some ideas? You're definately doing one thing right already: plan ahead, don't just stick any old thing on there, 'cause nothing looks worse than a car with bits of this and parts of that!

PT17 Check out my album, I have some chrome on my 2008. Soonercruiser is doing his black convertible basically the same. Check them for some ideas.
