Telescoping Antenna
Has anyone tried a telescoping antenna on their Cruiser? You know, the kind that was used in the 60's-70's. I did a web search and came up empty looking for current manufacturers of these things. Would love to find one.

I fit an automatic power antenna in my cruiser. It's not really very difficult. I made a special nut to work with the new antenna and fit the black bezel just like the original. I found a very short Hirschmann replacement for a BMW that's easy to get. The factory radio even has a connector on it for the antenna motor. It's way better then those Shorty rusty APC antennas everyone is using. I'll make a kit if you guys are willing to spend $150 or so.
