I'd like to help you out but in 06 Chrysler re-arranged the whole fuse panel thing. they did away with the inside-the-car set of fuses (which is where the headlight fuses used to be) and put everything on one circuit board under the hood I believe. Do you have an owners manual and doesn't it tell you anything about the fuses?

I have one and in looking there are a couple of options...

Cavity 31 10 Amp Headlight Washer Relay Controll

Cavity 36 30 Amp Headlamp Washer Control

The reason I ask is because I bought an HID kit that was suppose to be a plug in play. it's the new slim ballast design w all the bells and whistles.. It does not have the relay that most kits come with that plugs into the battery, it does not need it, or thats what they say.. The thing that threw me is it says before Installation mode: If the vehicle is equipped with headlight relay, the fuses on both sides shall be changed into 20a as indicated in map.... Now I do not have any fuses on my end near the bulbs... .

I'm not sure about a relay, but on the 01-05 cruiser, there's a separate fuse for each headlight in the fuse panel next to the driver knee. You don't have that small separate fuse panel in yours so I would think somewhere in the fuse panel in the engine compartment are the fuses/relay that you need.

One of the members on this forum (Hooligan) sent me a picture of the fuse panel that the newer cruisers have (see below). I would think your owners manual should tell you exactly what all the fuses/relays are for.
