You can't buy the bumper that looks exactly like what you have unless you buy the whole front fascia.

Ebay is your best bet for the whole thing.....

eBay Motors: BUMPER COVER chrysler PT CRUISER PTCRUISER 01-04 front (item 250404037233 end time May-08-09 20:42:45 PDT)

If your bumper is still in decent shape and you just want to cover it, try here:

Xenon PT Cruiser Front Bumper Cover

There are differences and the biggest one is that you have different shaped headlights. A good body shop "might" be able to fit the newer shape onto yours if there's not too much difference on the rest of the fascia.

Here's the new one compared to the old.....

If that's all you want to do is match the color, mine were originally black, had them both painted for $300. Lots cheaper than buying a whole new front and rear end. Just make sure you look around for a painter that knows what he's doing. Preparation on a job like the bumpers and mirrors is 95% of the job. Sanding, preparing and adding the adhesion promoter plus mixing the paint with a flex agent is what's called for to do a good job.

You can also buy covers for both the front and back pumpers but they'll have to prepped, painted and fitted.
