freakin door jambs... no one would prolly know. but it would drive me nuts with the unfinished hollow of what used to be the back doors.
here is the filler in the rough. I filled the cavity with expanding foam, welded in a few pieces of sheet, then glassed in the door jamb/filler.
then of course... more Bondo (sigh)..

I feel for ya...I really, really, really do, but it is coming along for sure! Your really close to color now...I can see it, I can feel it! I am totally amazed by guys like you, who have the determination and energy to undertake a project such as yours! I guess it helps, if you know how to work with sheet metal.....but still.......Geez Louise!!!! Keep it up....we're loving it!

Here is the update. (door jambs) I am no pro so this is prolly the best Im gonna get it. ive messed with it too long and aint gonna get it any better at my ability (or lack of)
