i got the ebay precut chrome grille kit
you just stick on these chrome strips with 3m tape already on it installation is very easy. got mines for $33 heres a link for the kit on ebay CHRYSLER PT CRUISER CHROME GRILLE KIT 03 04 05 06 07 08:eBay Motors (item 310167272714 end time Sep-15-09 22:19:34 PDT)

For 10 bucks more its probably easier than cutting your own pieces.  Nice ride like the color............ I checked out your gallery and saw(for anyone else looking) you can make the front end picture larger and get a good look at the chrome you added. THANKS!
