I recently bought two sets of bulbs for my low beams and fogs. They are:
Made by: Euro DeZigns Type: Xenon Krypton Model: 9006 / 5200K H.I.D Wattage: 80W Color: Blue Is anyone else running these in either the low beams or fogs? I am sure they will fit in the low beams even though they have a 90 degree connection. I am unsure about using 80W bulbs in the fogs. I am hearing that they may be too hot for the fogs. Please help me. If you are using them, please let me know. Thanks. |

I am not using Kryptons, but I am using gold color xenons in the fogs. If it were me I would not go any higher than 65 watts in the fogs. They are a small enclosure and that much heat in the small enclosure is asking for trouble. I have been running the Gold xenons (65 Watts) for 9 months now with no detrimental effects to the foglamp enclosures. The colored xenons come in gold, purple, and green and they are 65 watts.
